Built in 2008 it is a charming, private, Cape Cod style cottage with large stone hearth, hardwood floors, granite countertops, leather sofa and chairs. Surrounded by trees, this house is not in sight of any other occupied house.


The master bedroom, kitchen and living room area are all on the main level, perfect for those who don’t like stairs. The second bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs.
